Our work is guided by an African proverb, “If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far, go together”. At WIS, leadership is not just a job title, it is a daily choice of working colloboratively to find more ways to serve our clients, our team, and our communities. While we recognize the strength of our people leaders and program leaders, we must also recognize those we are entrusted to lead – together we are creating generational impact!
