Newcomer Youth Employment Pathway is a structured program that helps newcomer youth move from preparation to real opportunities. Participants build job-ready skills through weekly workshops, receive practical support to strengthen their resume and cover letter, and practice interviews in a guided setting. The pathway also includes employer exposure activities such as guest speakers, workplace talks, and networking opportunities, helping youth understand local expectations and connect with the community. When available, participants may also be referred to work experience opportunities such as volunteering or job shadowing to strengthen their Canadian experience.
