Bridging to Customer Service - With a primary purpose of bridging employment for newcomers, MALTI focuses on customer service, employment ready training and providing its Participants with a real-world experience of working in a Canadian workplace.

English for Customer Service - English for Customer Service helps learners build the communication skills required for customer facing roles in retail, hospitality, call centres, and service industries. Through real-world scenarios and interactive practice, participants develop confidence in speaking, listening, problem-solving, and delivering professional customer service in Canadian workplaces.
