Our Immunization and Vaccine Clinics are offered in partnership with Prairie Mountain Health to support the health and well-being of newcomers and the broader community. These clinics provide accessible immunizations and vaccines in a welcoming and culturally responsive environment, helping individuals and families understand their immunization needs and access timely care. By working collaboratively with health partners, this program helps reduce barriers to health services and supports healthy settlement and integration.
