Our Case Management program provides intensive, individualized support for newcomers with complex needs or multiple barriers to settlement. Working closely with a dedicated Case Manager, clients receive coordinated assistance that may include goal setting, service navigation, advocacy, referrals, and ongoing follow-up. This holistic approach helps clients stabilize their situation, access the right supports at the right time, and make steady progress toward independence, well-being, and successful integration into the community.
