• Individuals who are legally eligible to work in Canada and interested in starting a career in the green‑construction sector
• No previous experience required but is an asset

About the Program
A blended learning program combining 7 online modules with 6 in-person or virtual workshops to help skilled newcomers succeed in the Canadian workplace. Participants develop workplace soft skills, apply coaching principles, and gain confidence through interactive activities, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection. The program uses videos, audio recordings, gamified quizzes, and practical worksheets to reinforce learning, showcase transferable skills, and prepare participants for effective workforce integration and career advancement.
